Schiphol Travel has taken over all business activities of GoodBookers as of immediately. ‘A great boost for us,' according to director Daan Lenderink of Schiphol Travel.
The take-over means that a total of about one hundred business clients of the bankrupt GoodBookers shops will be integrated into the activities of Schiphol Travel.
'We will not be taking over any of the fixed assets or personnel of GoodBookers,' says Lenderink. Also the name GoodBookers will not be used by Schiphol Travel.
