An online tool is not always beneficial, from a financial point of view, and may only be worthwhile if your company frequently uses ‘simple’ transport to a limited number of destinations (also known as A-B-A travel). If your company opts for an online solution, the Schiphol Travel Account Manager will check the reservation made by your staff member to ensure that you have the best deal before issuing the ticket. We refer to this process as the “filter function.” This means that you can be certain you have not mistakenly purchased an unnecessarily expensive airline ticket.
