When you inform us of your travel plans, your Schiphol Travel Account Manager will always advise you regarding any necessary visas. We relieve you of as many visa-related tasks as possible in order to simplify the visa arrangements and ensure optimum efficiency in the application procedure. We send you the visa application form and arrange for a personal courier to collect the visa. Our partner "Visumbureau" then handles the actual application procedure. The specially trained "Visumbureau" employees know the staff at the various embassies and are familiar with the procedures. They ensure that your visa is granted as quickly as possible. After the visa has been granted, it is again delivered to your company by personal courier. If you wish, we can also arrange for the visa to be delivered to us, after which we will ensure that it is ready and waiting for you along with your travel documents in the departure hall at Schiphol.
