Your Schiphol Travel Account Manager is your exclusive contact point. Our Account Managers are responsible for all aspects of the services provided and have extensive operational and financial mandates. As the client you therefore have one basic point of contact for all matters related to Travel Management. In addition to reservations, the Account Manager can advise you on possible qualification for bilateral discount agreements, and he or she will also help you with any installation that may be required. Moreover, the Account Manager will assist you in the event of complaints submitted by passengers to suppliers. The Account Manager will compile very user-friendly periodical reports on your turnover in MS Excel. In addition to the regular reports, your turnover will also be evaluated and the possibilities for savings and missed savings opportunities (the difference between the travel options offered and the travel option chosen) will be analysed together and/or for each department and/or for each cost centre.
In addition to these basic tasks, the Account Manager can also help you to establish corporate procedures such as the development of a travel policy and/or travel application forms.
We also refer to this package of services as ‘complete Travel Management’.
