Travelling from the Netherlands

All travelers flying from an airport in the Netherlands need a Health Declaration. Wearing a face mask is mandatory at check-in, security checks and during boarding. Most airlines will also mandate the use of a facemask on the plane.
The Health Declaration needs to be filled out by the traveler and has to be showed during travel. Please find here the Health Declaration.
