Delete your Schiphol Travel app account and data

You can delete your account directly through the Schiphol Travel app. You must be logged in to the account you want to delete.

How to delete your account

  • Open the Schiphol Travel app.
  • Go to Settings > Delete your account.
  • Confirm by selecting Yes, delete my account.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account and all associated travel data will be permanently deleted from the Schiphol Travel app and all connected devices.

  • You will lose access to your account and all stored information, including your travel history.

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • It may take up to 5 business days for the deletion to be fully processed.

  • If you want to use the app again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Deletion request outside the app

If you do not have access to the app, you can also submit a request to delete your account and data by contacting our support team at IT@schipholtravel.com.
Please include in your request the email address associated with your Schiphol Travel account.
